The Digging Contest Another popular event (at home at least) is the Digging Contest. The ferret who throws the most dirt from the container onto the plastic wins staffers weight the plastic sheet on a scale to determine who dug out the most dirt). Judging from the number of contestants who faired poorly this year, I propose that next year, the planter should contain a real live plant. That should provide enough motivation to dig for any self-respecting ferret!! |
