Lane Area Ferret Lovers Ferret Club
The primary purpose of the club is to educate the public about ferrets as pets and to provide information to ferrets owners on the proper care of domestic ferrets. We provide free informational material in our General Info section. You may also find our information at pet expos, shelters, schools, veterinary clinics, and pet shops. We also do presentations with ferret ambassadors before local groups.
If you wish to join Lane Area Ferret Lovers Ferret Club, dues are $15 per year per family. You can sign up online or by mail (PDF application). Dues include a subscription to Ferret Busyness, the club's newsletter. The club conducts meetings every month. We have both fun meetings as well as business meetings. Meeting information is posted on our home page.
Our annual fund raising event is the Ferret Agility Trials (formerly the Ferret Olympics). Proceeds from this event assist with our effort to rescue and shelter ferrets.
